It’s All About Jesus!
As I read of the apostles I am amused by their discussions, and quarrels. They spent so much time discussing the Torah and how to apply it to their lives. They bickered among themselves as to the meaning of each verse. They discussed and disagreed on who was his favorite. He was their teacher… but still they spent so much time quarreling instead of truly listening. Sound familiar? Do we not do the same? We spend more time asking who is right and who is wrong, that we put love aside. By allowing myself to simply be I have come to the following decisions:
Doesn’t matter what church you go to.
It’s all about Jesus!
Doesn’t matter how you interpret the law.
It’s all about Jesus!
Doesn’t matter your lifestyle or belief.
It’s all about Jesus!
Doesn’t matter how rich or poor.
It’s all about Jesus!
Doesn’t matter your level of education.
It’s all about Jesus!
Doesn’t matter who is right or wrong.
It’s all about Jesus!
Doesn’t matter your color or looks.
It’s all about Jesus!
Nothing matters except your love and complete trust in Jesus!
Do you love him deep down to the depth of your soul? Do you love him to the point you would give up family, friends, and everything you have to follow him?
Do you cry thinking of his pain? Do you long for a time to be with him? Do you talk to him most of the day? At the end of your day. At the end of your year. At the end of your life.
